.... no it was not over MJ's tragic death

drum roll...
It was because of Cadbury's decision to downsize its famous 250g block of choc! *all you chocoholics please faint* Yes, the famous chocablock is now 220g although its ma
rketing department has cleverly made it look like it's still the same size as before! Moreover, it's now made with vegetable oil instead of the famous cocoa butter. So it actually tastes slightly off! Cadbury had actually told the press that they are not dropping the price despite the downsize all b/c the packaging now is made out of cardboard which means packaging costs have increased hence why the price is constant. What absolute load of rubbish! Ok we all know that all the manufacturers out there including my workplace are facing cost pressures with the rising commodity prices, but c'mon downsizing choc bars just isn't the way to solve anyone's problems here!To top it off, today, we've just heard that Cadbury's competitor - the famous Mars bar is also going to downsize its choc bars (even fun size ones too!) & their absurd excuse was that it was doing the fat Aussies out there a favour! (not in those words of course).
Now can somebody please make sure my fav Lindt balls don't get downsized too! Pleeeeaseeeeee!!!
