Bar Lourinha

2 weeks ago, we went out to dinner with Derrick & May. They decided to take us to a Spanish tapas place located in Little Collins St in Melbourne City. The restaurant called Bar Lourinha was extremely busy. Actually this place is more like a bar than a restaurant. However they do serve the most divine Spanish tapas. I can't believe you are not allowed to make bookings in this restaurant b/c they have that many ppl arriving every minute! Mr M & I came early & had to wait 45 mins to get a seat!

Any how, after delving into 16 different types of tapas later (of which my fav were free range eggs & shaved mojama & Roasted mushroom & garlic cream), we finally had our dose of Spanish dessert. My goodness, I must say, for anyone who is like me and loves creme brulee then you gotta try Bar Lourinha's Orange crema & blood orange caramel & Churros & dulce de leche. The Orange crema was just to die for. It melted in your mouth with his burst of orange jaffa taste. Oh just divine!!

Overall, we give it a 7 out of 10 for its uniqueness in food & ambience and of course it's heaven sent desserts!
